1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to addresses within South Africa. International shipping may be available upon request via WhatsApp.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Personalized items may require additional processing time.
3. Delivery Options
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (major cities)
- Local Pickup: Available in Cape Town by appointment
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount (promotions will be announced).
5. Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email once your order ships. You can track your package using the courier's website.
6. Delivery Issues
If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us immediately. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
7. Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailable, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.
